Terms of Service

1. Definitions and Terms

1.1. Offer – this public document, which is a proposal from the Executor to conclude an agreement under specified terms.

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer – full consent to conclude the Agreement by paying for services or using paid functionality.

1.3. Astro Magic Service – cross-platform software complex providing analytical and esoteric services.

1.4. Services – provision of personal horoscopes, natal chart calculations, Tarot spreads, Matrix of Destiny, and AI consultations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Executor undertakes to provide digital consulting Services, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for them.

2.2. Services are provided automatically using ephemeris computational cores based on user-provided birth data.

2.3. Services are provided on a subscription or one-time access basis.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement

3.1. This Agreement is concluded upon payment for the selected Service on the website or app.

3.2. Payment confirms full agreement with all terms of this Agreement without exceptions.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Executor is obliged to provide paid Services and ensure personal data confidentiality.

4.2. The User is obliged to pay for Services on time and use the Service strictly for personal non-commercial purposes.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

5.1. Subscriptions and digital reports are purchased via explicit prepayment.

5.2. Payment for delivered digital content and calculated personal reports is non-refundable.

5.3. Refunds are considered exclusively in cases of technical faults preventing service access, upon written request within 3 calendar days to support@astromagic.net.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights to Astro Magic, including software, algorithms, and design, belong to the Executor.
